I would always choose a heavier putter, (170-175gms) and mid range, (170 to 180gms) to play in all wind conditions. You never know which direction you are going to be throwing with respect to the wind. Also, heavier discs forgive small throwing errors better than light discs. That being said, your driver weights have to be based on your throwing ability. If you can throw heavy drivers far and accurately, those would be best for the same reason heavy putters and mids are. If you can’t throw heavy, you need to go down as low as you need to get distance and accuracy. I get the best compromise of accuracy, distance, and wind performance using mid sixties for drivers. You may need to start a bit lower depending on your snap strength.
